Free Community Dinner

On Thursdays at 5:30 pm downstairs in our Social Hall.

Clothing Closet

Open Thursday evening from 5:00 - 6:00pm (during dinner) and upon request.

Worship ALIVE!

Immediately following the Community Dinner (on Thursdays) at 6:10 pm, a worship service will be led by Pastor Bill Edmister. There is music, prayer, scripture reading, a message, and Holy Communion. This is a very casual service.

Book Nook

COME ON DOWN and visit "our little" corner of the Social Hall, the Book Nook. We have a variety of titles and subjects (fiction, non-fiction, children's, religious), any one of them could be the perfect book to satisfy your craving for reading. Pick up a few and deposit your money in the canning jar on the table. We’re sure you’ll be able to find something. All books (hard cover or paperback) are 25 cents each. Alcoholics Anonymous

Group sessions are held every Tuesday, Wednesday, & Thursday nights at 7:00 pm, and on Friday mornings at 10:00 am.

Recovery International

This group meets Sundays at 2:00 pm. They are a self-help mental health organization that was founded in 1937 by the late Dr. Abraham Low. They are not a 12 step group. They are peer to peer led for anyone struggling with any mental health issues such as panic, mood disorder, sleeplessness, anger, and fears. Enter through the back door of the church, up half a flight of stairs and turn left.

St. Pauly Clothing Shed

The yellow shed in our parking lot is a joint collaboration between FUMC and St. Pauly Textiles, to gather clothing that is used to clothe people in over 44 different countries worldwide (including the U.S.).

St. John de LaSalle Community Care Food Pantry
